MISSION AND PHILOSOPHY

We are a Sustainability Education Center offering working examples and education
pertaining to sustainability, self-sufficiency, self-improvement, organic farming, energy efficiency and related principles...

The Molina Center began as the dream of Merle Vostatek when he purchased a 40 acre parcel of rural land near Molina, CO in the 1960s. He envisioned it to be used for the betterment of humankind, as a refuge from the rigors of contemporary society, as a place for learning how to live in harmony and cooperation with nature and each other, and as a venue for rejuvenation and sustainability. The endeavor was incorporated in 2009 and gained tax exempt status as as 501(c)3 charitable organization in 2014.
